Nathalie Longefay has been an integral part of our team since 2006.Coming from a vine-growing family, she knows how to consider precisely and pragmatically all the technical aspects of the production of a wine-producing estate.Within our team, this young œnologist puts to advantage her perfect knowledge of the vine-growing world, which she has complemented since arriving in Provence by learning oleology (the study of olive oil) and by becoming an approved taster for the International Olive Council in 2009.

After obtaining her degree in œnology from the University of Toulouse, and scarcely back from Australia where she started her career in the Hunter Valley, she immediately joined the Cabinet d'Agronomie Provençale.Originally from a family of vine-growers in the Beaujolais, she quickly travelled round the vineyards of France: between Cahors and its red wines to lay down, the Loire Valley and its range of up-market dry and sweet white wines and the sparkling wines of Limoux, she was able to diversify rapidly and complete her technical experience.
